It's time to VOTE for your IACAC board!
Every year, the International Air Cargo Association of Chicago (IACAC) elects new officers and a board of directors.
Our meeting this year will be held on Tuesday, November 12th at the Chicago Department of Aviation, beginning at 11:15 with lunch served at 12:00.
Candidates for positions on the board will have a few minutes each to present themselves for the positions they are seeking before you cast your ballot.

William Gerst - PTS Logistics
Logistician with 20+ years experience in Chicago air freight market and have been Business Development Manager for 12 years with Innovative Transport Solutions (ITS) & now also PTS Logistics (PTSL) in Wood Dale, IL 60191. Career background in air, ocean, warehousing, domestic trucking (asset based & non-asset based), rail & intermodal transportation. Concentration in best practices for loading/unloading cargo from 20'/40'/45'/53’ ISO containers & 53’ Dry & Refrigerated Vans. Manufacturer & distributor offering material handling equipment such as the Portable Roller Bed System (PBS) for the air ground transport market (18 airfreight markets) and the Mobile Transport Tray (MTT) for door-to-door-intermodal services throughout North America and the ocean freight transportation market around the globe.
I look forward to the opportunity of serving on the IACAC Board to bring my career skill sets & professional contacts to support & grow this important organization.
Laura Candella - Genesis Logistics
Laura has been in the logistics industry for 22 years- 4 as a Traffic manager, 18 in outside transportation sales. Current position, Account Manager, Genesis Logistics.
*Bachelor’s Degree – Eastern Illinois University
*Transportation Degrees from College of DuPage
*Prior secretary IACAC 2013&14, Board of Directors 2017&18.
*Has helped with IACAC golf outings and past Holiday parties
*Mother of two wonderful children, Connor 17 and Jordan 20
*Loves to exercise and teach fitness- teach group cycling, participate in races

Kevin Randolph - Therese Real Estate Group
Kevin Randolph is the President and Founder of Therese Real Estate Group and leads business development efforts as well as day to day brokerage and investment operations.
Mr. Randolph started his commercial real estate career as an intern with Chicago based commercial real estate investor, Syndicated Equities. He then worked for Atlanta based, Reliant Real Estate Partners, where he represented the interests of Industrial Tenants and Landlords as well as the acquisition and disposition of industrial investment properties. In addition, he carved out a niche of representing the real estate interests of Logistics and Air Freight related industrial real estate users around major Airport industrial corridors in Atlanta and around the country with the assistance of strategic brokerage partners.
Prior to his tenure in Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Randolph served as a Scout Platoon Leader and Operations Officer in the U.S Army and was assigned to America’s famed 82ndAirborne Division at Ft. Bragg. He is a graduate of the U.S Army Ranger School.
Mr. Randolph holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Auburn University and is a Graduate of Marist High School on Chicago’s south side.
FOR PRESIDENT: Scott Case - Position : Global
Scott Case is Founder and Chief Storyteller for Position : Global. In addition to these core competencies, Scott’s extensive experience with IT, global, national and local public speaking events and more than two decades as a licensed Customs broker and freight forwarder uniquely permit him to consult and advise on a range of topics. Scott is a graduate of Northwestern University in 1993 with degrees in Political Science and German Studies, a language in which he is conversationally fluent. He received his Custom broker’s license in 1994 and has traveled extensively to Asia, Europe and South America to meet with partners, customers and manufacturers.
A highly sought-after public speaker who has presented to audiences around the world, Scott has presented to importers, exporters, students, peers, government officials and general audiences on a variety of topics. Whether educating his peers on the importance of marketing, branding and social media usage to the growth of their businesses or discussing the nuts and bolts of a global supply chain, Scott is an interesting and thought-provoking speaker who gives all attendees a takeaway for their own lives or businesses.
FOR CHAIRMAN: Brian Bartolotta - BCS Placement
As Managing Director of BCS Placement, Brian Bartolotta leads the Logistics, Supply Chain and Freight Forwarding Recruitment and Consulting Practice for BCS.
Mr. Bartolotta is a firm proponent of developing efficient processes and strong relationships while integrating it with data driven business intelligence to foster optimal results and outcomes for both business and professionals.
Mr. Bartolotta brings nearly 20 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Logistics and Business Development arenas.
Brian received a Bachelor’s of Economics degree from the University of Illinois – Urbana/Champaign. Brian was an Evans Scholar at UIUC and also was a member of the Men’s Wrestling team.
