TOPIC: Returning to work in a socially distant environment
Meet our speaker, Kevin Randolph, President and Founder of Therese Industrial Properties
Kevin Randolph is the President and Founder of Therese Industrial Properties and leads business development efforts as well as day to day brokerage and investment operations.
Mr. Randolph began his commercial real estate career as an intern with Chicago based commercial real estate investor, Syndicated Equities. He then worked for Atlanta based, Reliant Real Estate Partners, where he represented the interests of industrial tenants and landlords as well as the acquisition and disposition of industrial investment properties. Mr. Randolph carved out a niche of representing the real estate interests of Logistics, Transportation, and Air Freight related industrial and office users surrounding Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.
In 2019 he opened an office in Chicago to service the industrial and office real estate needs of companies in the Chicago O’Hare submarket.
Prior to his tenure in commercial real estate, Mr. Randolph served as a Scout Platoon Leader and Operations Officer in the U.S Army and was assigned to America’s famed 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg where he worked alongside some of the finest soldiers and leaders in the world. He is a graduate of the United States of America’s Army Airborne and Ranger Schools.
Mr. Randolph holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Auburn University and is a graduate of Marist High School on Chicago’s south side.
Meet our speaker, Heidi Maschmann, Vice President of Information Systems, EliteXpo
Heidi Maschmann is the Vice President of Information Systems at ELITeXPO, a trade show products and services company. Starting her career in the freight industry in 1984, Heidi’s background is in domestic and international freight operations. At ELITeXPO, her focus moved to handling all aspects of their technology systems and corporate training. She also runs their marketing department and proudly heads up their CSR program.
Heidi has been involved with IACAC for many years and was named the Member of the Year at one point when she ran the association’s website and social media. She finds joy in seeing the success of the individuals that she trains and works with. Her passion lies in helping people and improving the environment that we live in.
This August, Heidi is marrying her longtime partner and ELITeXPO co-worker, Michelle. They share a love of animals, Green Bay Packer football, German Fest, and being groupies of the band Toto.
