Membership period: January thru December of one year. Corporate membership is allowed 3 voting members; additional individuals can be added to the corporate membership for $30.00 per individual. Attendance at the member’s price will be assessed for all social activities and meetings to include an unlimited number of attendees. The Pallet will be e-mailed to all members. Please return this form with your payment. Checks payable to: IACAC, mailed to the address above. We invite you to join the IACAC and be an active member.
